The 4th Sunday of Advent marks the final week of prayer as we await the birth of our Savior.
The fourth candle, or the “Angel’s Candle” symbolizes love, reminding us that God is love—the ultimate love shown by sending his only Son for us and our salvation.
“Through our witness, may hope spread to all those who anxiously seek it. May the way we live our lives say to them in so many words: “Hope in the Lord! Hold firm, take heart and hope in the Lord!” (Ps 27:14).
