Custodian

We are seeking a Parish and School Custodian with great stamina, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.  

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Keeping all areas clean, orderly, safe, and secure.
• Floor and surface care throughout the building.
• Waste and recycling removal.
• Preventative maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, furniture, and maintenance equipment.
• Seasonal campus grounds maintenance and repairs.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

To be a successful candidate you should be a team player and take ownership and pride in your work.  This position is for 10 to 15 hours per week, and offers a flexible schedule.
