The Diocese of Gaylord has scheduled a discernment weekend for the young men of our diocese at Saint John Vianney (SJV) College Seminary, located in St. Paul, Minnesota, February 17 – 19, 2022. The weekend has been set aside to afford an opportunity for young men who are juniors in high school through college (ages 16 through 24) to take a closer look at seminary life and find out if God is calling them to the priesthood. They will be joining Fr. Alex Kowalkowski and Fr. Mitchel Roman, priests of the Diocese of Gaylord. During this campus visit, guests will be able to hear testimonies from current seminarians, attend spiritual conferences with Saint John Vianney priests, pray with the community and tour the University of St. Thomas (where SJV is located).
