Bulletin Announcement for April 27-28, 5th Sunday of Easter

5th Sunday of Easter
In this week’s Gospel, Jesus speaks of his desire to remain connected with each of us. Unlike the natural occurrence of the separation between a child and parent, God wants something different from us.

As we continue to mature in our lives, God asks us not to be independent of him. In fact, we must come closer to the realization of how much we need Him.

The more we strive to be near him, the more our own hopes and desires begin to align with his plan for us. He promises us that we can ask and receive. Open your heart to truly receive Jesus in your life—then, take a breath and let God take the lead.
