GAYLORD, MICHIGAN – The Most Reverend Jeffrey J. Walsh, bishop of the Diocese of Gaylord, has announced the following appointment, effective September 1, 2024, unless otherwise stated:
Reverend Michael D. Class, S.J. – to Sacramental Minister, St. Wenceslaus Parish, Gill’s Pier and St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish, Peshawbestown. Will also serve in the ministry of Spiritual Direction for Clergy.
Reverend Charles G. Donajkowski – to Vicar for the East Region. Will continue to serve as Pastor, St. Casimir Parish, Posen and St. Dominic Parish, Metz.
Reverend Thomas Philip - from Heralds of Good News, India, to Parochial Vicar, St. Mary-St. Charles Parish, Cheboygan; St. Clement Parish, Pellston; Sacred Heart Parish, Riggsville; and Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Burt Lake. Effective September 11, 2024.
Reverend Mitchel E. Roman – to Diocesan Chaplain for the Knights of Columbus in the Diocese of Gaylord. Will continue to serve as Pastor, Holy Childhood of Jesus Parish, Harbor Springs; Holy Cross Parish, Cross Village; St. Ignatius Parish, Good Hart; St. Nicholas Parish, Larks Lake. Effective September 16, 2024.
