Dr. George Peña, former public-school educator and administrator, has been named as principal of All Saints Catholic School of Alpena, MI. Dr. Peña stated, "The decision to seek out a Catholic School comes after seeing the joy and happiness that my wife Lori received from teaching at Holy Family School in Tawas, Michigan during her first year. I also listened to my calling, including Father Tyler, to go to Alpena to help build-up the school. I strongly feel that with a leader like Father Tyler, my new assignment will be both exciting and rewarding.
"Being able to remind students to turn to our Lord, for anything, is the biggest thing that I look forward giving them as their school leader. I also look forward to helping students and faculty build a strong faith in God and to be aware of the coat of armor that is provided to us all in his name. "
