Bulletin Announcement for May 4-5, Sixth Sunday of Easter

6th Sunday of Easter | May 5
During the Last Supper, Jesus asks his disciples to “love one another as I have loved you” (John 15:12). He knew that he would soon lay down his life for his friends and asks his followers to do the same.

What does it mean in today’s world for us to lay down our lives for someone else? Every day, we are presented with opportunities to lay down our life for each other. Through courage, patience and some energy, you can help show the reality of God’s love through your actions towards others.

Today, bow your head in profound humility for Jesus’ intense love for us. Listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit for ways you can reveal God’s love to the world.
